please read and understand the following

ORDER PROCESS AND CHARGES 

customers allow 7-10 Days for order processing and a possible 2-3 day ground shipment, NO ASAP, orders are required to have a specific date of delivery.

1. If a customer requires side graphics / names / sponsors / nose decals / etc, all products must be ordered separately, when the required forms are filled out it helps us take your information to process your order quicker and more accuately. It is quicker for us to process your order if you place it online versus by phone. 

        1a. REQUIREMENT:  Effective immediately 2/6/09 for new customers who place orders on February 5, 2009 and after.  A $25.00 Order processing fee will be required at the time of order confirmation.  This fee will be removed from your final invoice once design approval has been verified for print.  This processing fee only applies to NEW customers only.  This processing fee does not apply to previous customers.

2. Once a customer has submitted the required forms for their order, that information is forwarded directly to Comp-Cal for processing.  A Comp-Cal representative will then contact you via phone or email within 24-48 hours to verify the order and take payment information and process a $25.00 fee if they are a new customer.  If you have not been contacted within 48 hours please call 1-866-633-2257 or email decals@comp-cal.com to check that we have recieved your order.

3. After a Comp-Cal representative has contacted the customer to verifiy the order and taken the payment information, that representative will create a detailed layout (like the one pictured below).  That layout will then be emailed to the customer (if they require layout approval) for approval. 

4.  IMPORTANT: Once a customer has recieved the layout for approval, if changes are required (spelling corrections, color change, repositioning) the customer gets 2 ART CHARGE FREE REVISIONS.  After the the Third revision to the layout has been recieved, if a 4th or more revision is requested an ART CHARGE of $25 (non-refundable) will be added to their order per revision.  (These fees still apply even if the customer is a repeat customer or the processing fee has been applied.

5.  Once Comp-Cal has recieved final approval of the customers order, your order will then be put into full scale print form, printed, laminated, cut, weeded, application tape applied, separated, labeled, boxed, invoiced, and shipped.  As you can see many steps are involved in taking and processing orders so you can see why it takes 7-10 days to process a customers order.
